This mobile application has been specially developed for Key for Business technicians to set up and service Key for Business devices.

Key for Business facilitates residential building owners and managers in providing controlled access to Amazon delivery personnel for delivering packages to their residents, without requiring assistance from building staff. The primary goal is to reduce delivery drivers' waiting time for access to the building and to eliminate the manual authorization process by building staff for each delivery. After finalizing an agreement with the property owner or manager, Amazon installs a device that seamlessly integrates with the building's existing access control system to enable Key for Business operations. A rigorous multi-step authentication process is then utilized to verify the identity of each delivery driver before granting one-time access to the property to deliver residents' packages.
